THE PROCESS:
INITIAL CONSULT- Gathering vital information about you and your family's lifestyle and desires for the home. Discuss needs for function, your preferred aesthetic, and your investment amount for the project. Take photographs.
2. CONTRACT SIGNED AND INITIAL DEPOSIT: Review the contract detailing scope of work, estimated # of hours, and next steps. Making any necessary changes and discuss any questions or concerns. A initial payment of 25% is made upon signing the aggrement. Schedule a measuring day.
3. RESEARCH / INSPIRATION PHASE: A collaboration between designer and client to pull Inspiration together and determine the vision for your home. Its the most important part of the phase to create your dream home/room and to streamline the process.
4. DESIGN PHASE:
+ Inspiration Board Review
+ Furniture Budget
+ Floor Plan
+ Receive Tailored Room Boards - 3 large furniture / case goods design options, 1 revision.
5. APPROVALS: Sign off on all purchases to confirm orders.
6. PURCHASES: Purchase of all large furnishings / case good. Full payments made up front for all items.
7. EXECUTION DAY: Furniture Delivery. Install day where we add all the finishing touches. Depending on deliveries this could take a couple months to one year to complete due to COVID and furniture manufacturing delays, etc.

Schedule a Discovery Call with our Principal Interior Designer, Kate Riney, to get the ball rolling with your project. Whether you are looking for Full-Service design, or just in need of some help taking your space to the next level with styling. Kate will help you navigate the best next steps in your design project. Kate will also explain what it’s like to work with us and how we can take your space from not so great to your dream home/space.
STEP 2: DESIGN CONSULTATION - $200
After your Discovery Call with us, we typically recommend a Design Consultation so that Kate can visit your home and lay eyes on your project. While Kate is there we can either discuss your project and where you would like our design assistance moving forward OR we can dive right into choosing paint colors, furniture layout, decor ideas, etc.
*This is a one-time consulting fee and will not include follow up unless decided upon by both parties.
PACKAGES:
COLOR CONSULT: $200
1-2 hour one-time consult. 2-3 color options per wall/room. Client receives a list of all colors options per wall/room. I will provide the website to order large sample swatches. It's important to review color(s) morning, noon and night to make the best selection. Rooms have different lighting throughout the day.
*This is a one-time consulting fee and will not include follow up. It’s for the person that needs basic guidance and direction for color
PARTIAL DESIGN SERVICES: $500
We believe that styling done right is the key to success for spaces that have great bones, but need the finishing touches to complete that perfect look you are going for. We often do Styling Packages for newly renovated Kitchens and Bathrooms or smaller spaces such as Foyers, Powder Rooms, that don't require many furnishings to complete the look. We can also step in and style a space that you would like to hand over to us to complete the look for such as Living Rooms, Family Rooms, Sunrooms, Bedrooms, etc.
In this process, we will meet with you, gather your ideas and inspiration for the space(s) and pull together a plan to lightly furnish, accessorize, decorate and finish off the space for a complete and finished new look!
FULL DESIGN SERVICES: starting at $3000 based on scope of work
$75/hr with a 30 Hour minimum
30 minutes - 1 hour design consult to discuss the project

Hand selected shopping + sourcing for furniture
Professional styling and install
Coordination of all contract work
*Initial payment of 25% is required to start a project. This provides my services for a budget, inspiration boards, and furniture plan if applicable. Additional hours to be billed by the hour.
TIME ESTIMATES FOR FULL DESIGN SERVICES PER ROOM:
These are not final, as each project is different. Pricing for materials not included
+All new furniture, accessories, etc: 40-50 hrs ($3,375)
+Some existing furniture and some new. New accessories, wall decor, etc. 30-40 hrs ($2,625)
+All existing furniture, but needs help with wall decor, accessories and final changes: 20-25hrs ($1688)
+Remodels and new builds (varies by size of project)
